Do you have new teachers in your building? This event aims to provide new teachers with a foundational understanding of the educator effectiveness system and equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their new districts. Throughout the day, we will delve into the Danielson and Stronge models, allowing teachers to build capacity in the specific model used in their respective districts.

The Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness system is designed to support and improve the practice of educators by setting high expectations, promoting ongoing professional growth, and recognizing excellence in teaching. It encompasses various components, including instructional practice, professional responsibilities, and student outcomes. By understanding and effectively implementing this system, educators can enhance their instructional effectiveness and contribute to the academic growth and success of their students.

Send your new teachers to CESA 3 on August 13th for a day of learning that will set them up for success!
